This Privacy Policy explains how Zarvonis Ventures Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the FitnessTracker mobile application (package name: zarvonis.fitness.app) on Google Play.
1. Information We Collect and Use
Account Information (Google Sign-In): When you choose to sign in with your Google account, we access your basic profile information (display name, email address, and profile photo) via Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) solely to authenticate your account and sync your tasks across devices.
User Data (Tasks & Alarms): The workout schedules, to-dos, checklists, and notes you create are stored locally on your device (and linked to your authenticated account for synchronization).
What We Do NOT Collect: We do not collect health biometric data, GPS location, contacts, financial info, or advertising IDs.
2. Device Permissions
FitnessTracker requests only the minimum Android permissions required for core alarm functionality:
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM & USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT: Required to schedule and display precise workout alarms, including when the device screen is off or locked.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Required to send timely task reminders and alarm notifications.
Audio File Access: Used only when you select a custom alarm tone or ringtone from your device storage.
3. Third-Party Services & No Data Selling
Service Providers: We use Google Firebase Authentication for account management. Your Google credentials are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties or data brokers for advertising or marketing.
4. Data Retention & Account Deletion
In-App Deletion: You can delete any individual task, note, or alarm directly inside the app at any time.
Complete Data Deletion: You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. To do so, email us at support@zarvonis.com with the subject Data Deletion Request - FitnessTracker. We will permanently delete your records within 30 days.
5. Children's Privacy
FitnessTracker is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
